Monica Martino
CTO

As CTO of Accudata Technologies, Monica Martino puts to use her more than 21 years of telecommunications industry experience and her knack for solving complicated telecom engineering problems. Martino focus her attentions on expanding the capabilities of the company’s technology, while also managing its other applications. In 1998, she established her expertise by using her knowledge of SS7 technology and Line Information Database (LIDB) storage to create services used for validation of telephone calls from many types of facilities.

Monica then compounded on those capabilities in 2001 by developing a new system and method for creating, accepting and tracking database queries for commonly used protocols, such as IP, and converting them into proprietary or legacy protocols such as SS7 and PSTN. Monica Martino’s industry breakthrough was awarded a patent in 2008 and allowed Accudata Technologies to emerge as America’s most complete and accurate telephone number-validation provider. In total, Martino has been the author of four issued patents with an additional 12 patents pending.

Monica’s methodology also enabled the Accudata Technologies to provide the world’s first true caller ID for wireless devices and expand into the consumer market with Privus Mobile. Monica’s leadership in Accudata Technologies’ expansion into the consumer marketplace as well as her innovation in her other endeavors led to her being named one of the “Top 25 Women to Watch” by the Dallas Business Journal as well as a nominee in the coveted Ernst & Young Southwest Area Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Prior to Accudata Technologies, Martino was President of Easyfax Inc., where she acquired a design patent on a public fax machine. Martino’s previous experience also includes working with Intellicall, Protel, Electel and Omniphone, and she has served on the board of the Texas Payphone Association.
